外表金黃香酥, 內餡飽滿, 就是鮪魚沙拉派, 非常簡單,適合當前菜.
食譜:
鮪魚罐頭 x 3
小洋蔥 x 1
美乃滋 x 2 匙
帕梅善乾酪粉 x 3 匙
鹽. 胡椒少許
油酥麵皮兩張 (在超市買的到 自己做太麻煩了)
蛋 x 1 顆
1. 把食材混合均勻
2. 把料放在第一張麵皮上 , 用湯匙分成小球
3. 再把第二張麵皮搭上 用鋸齒小刀切割成方形 或用手捏成各種你喜歡的樣式
4. 把蛋打散刷在每個小派上面 加以顏色
5. 220'c x 12分鐘 

Recipe:
tuna in can x 3
littile onion x 1
maionese x 2 tsp
parmeson x 3 tsp
salt, pepper
pasta brise or pasta sfoglia  x 2 pcs(buy them directly in supermarket)
egg x 1
1. mix very well all of the ingredients 
2. put the ingredients on the pasta, with spoon make them as little balls, then cover the sec pasta on them.
3. with the knife to cut them into little little squares or make them in every shape as your want
4. brush some egg on the each of them, so make them colored after baking
5. 220'c x 12min
