The original recipe is from Ivano's mum, but I changed a little bit for the cake more softer and tasty.
Orange cake is a simple cake that always cheer up every kid in Italy.
Recipe:
egg x 4, butter x 170g, sugar x 280g, orange x 4 (big ones), baking powder x 4g, milk x 1/2, flour x 350g, powerded sugar
a. seperate the egg white and yolk
b. butter (melt it first on the stove),  press the orange juice and grate a little bit orange peel to increase the fragrance,
c. mix yolk, butter, orange juice and peel, flour, sugar, baking powder and milk all together and beat them well.
d. beat the egg white with the stirrer until it gets very tall and thick.
e. gently pour the egg white into the bowl of yolk mixing bowl (be careful to not destroy the bubbles)
f. put them in the cake tin and bake it in the oven (180'c x 50 mins), remember to wipe some butter and flour 
    in the tin for taking the cake out of it easier
g. pour some powdered sugar on the cake when it's cool.
柳橙蛋糕的食譜是伊媽媽給我的  我稍微修改了一點使其更鬆軟香甜
柳橙蛋糕味道簡單卻會使每個義大利的小孩子開心起來
食譜:
蛋 x 四顆,  奶油 x 170克, 糖 x 280克, 柳橙 x 4顆(很大顆的), 蛋糕發粉 x 4克. 牛奶 x 1/2杯, 麵粉 x 350克, 糖粉
a. 分開蛋白與蛋黃
b. 奶油(先在爐上融化), 將柳橙榨汁並稍為刨ㄧ些橙皮留做增添香氣
c. 混合蛋黃, 奶油, 柳橙汁, 橙皮, 糖, 麵粉, 牛奶, 發粉, 並加以攪打
d. 將蛋白打發到高漲並且蓬鬆狀態 (乾性發泡)
e. 輕輕地將蛋白拌入蛋黃的碗中 小心不要將蛋白的泡沫破壞
f. 將所有材料到入蛋糕模中烘烤 (180'c x 五十分鐘) 記得事先將蛋糕模抹上奶油和一點點麵粉
   使蛋糕脫模較容易
g. 等蛋糕冷卻後灑上糖粉做裝飾
