Which is a very fast and easy food from Ivano's granny.
Recipe:
small potatos x 8 (big ones x 5), red onion x 5, garlic x 3, parmesan, crumbs, 
salt, pepper, chopped basil, olive oil
a. peel the potatos, cut potatos and onions into very very thin slices
b. mash the garlic very well
c. take a baking plate: 1st layer~olive oil
                                         2nd layer~potato
                                         3rd layer~onions
                                         4th layer~mix garlic, parmesan, crumbs,
                                                salt, pepper, chopped basil
    repeat the above layers for 2 or 3 times.
d. bake them in the oven (220'c x 30~40mins)

非常快速又簡單的伊奶奶食譜
食譜:
小馬鈴薯 x 8顆(大顆的 x 5), 紅洋蔥 x 5顆, 大蒜 x 3顆, 帕梅善乾酪粉
麵包粉, 鹽, 胡椒, 切碎的九層塔, 橄欖油
a. 將馬鈴薯削皮 並將馬鈴薯和洋蔥都切成非常非常薄的薄片
b. 將大蒜磨碎
c. 拿一個烘烤盤: 第一層~橄欖油
                              第二層~馬鈴薯
                              第三層~洋蔥
                              第四層~大蒜, 帕梅善, 麵包粉
                                            鹽, 胡椒, 碎九層塔的混合物
    重複以上步驟兩到三次
d. 入烤箱烘烤 (220'c x 30~40分鐘)
