I feel very healthy and relaxing by drinking my home made milk shake.
It's very light, and it's very fresh.
The scary sun is far away from me.
Recipe:
strawberry x 20~30 (without stalk), sugar x  2 tablesp, 
fresh milk x 1 and 1/2 cup (cold), ice cube x 1/3 cup
a. mix them well in the pulvirizer and it'done!
* you can exchange the recipe with banana, or other fruits!
  banana milk shake is really cool!! after 1 cup, you know.. happy degisting~~

每當我喝自製的奶昔 我覺得又健康又輕鬆
熱量不很高  並且非常新鮮

食譜:

草莓x20~30顆(去蒂頭), 糖x 2大匙,
新鮮牛奶x1又1/2杯, 冰塊x1/3杯
a. 將它們在果汁機或調理機中攪勻便完成啦!

* 你也可以將水果替換成香蕉或其他水果
   香蕉奶昔很酷喔!!一杯下肚..你知道的,,,快樂的消化~~
