Come on, come on!!! never make the cakes by yourself
now if you go to the western supermarket you can easily buy the prepared cake
or make you can go to the bakery buying the most simple type of ckae
so next time when you have some guests in your house, use this type of lemon cream in the cake.
I promise the cake would impress everyone
just like Gandolf in grey and turned in to white!!!
求求你大娘大爺們  蛋糕不要自己做
現在在西式的超市可以買到烤好的蛋糕
或者你可以到糕餅麵包店買最普通沒有夾料的海綿蛋糕
當有客人來時 你可以將以下我介紹的餡料夾進去
保證普通蛋糕搖身變成高級口感
就像灰袍巫師甘道夫變成白袍巫師一樣

Recipe:
cake from the middel cut into 3 layers, milkx1cup, sugar x 1/2cup, eggsx6, flourx1/2cup,
vanilla powder x 1 teaspoon, sliced lemon peel x 1, (remember we need only the yellow and green part)
any type of sweet liquor (cuz italians love wet, liquor flavor cakes), cocoa powder x 1cup
1. mix the egg and sugar without beating it
2. cook the milk but not boil it totally (for not making it turn into cheese)
3. close the fire and add slowly the egg (slowly for not making the cooked egg)
4. open the fire again and immediately add the flour and lemon peel
    as soon as the ingredients turn into cream type close the fire
5. brush the liquor on every layer of the cakes and put the cocoa powder on it as well
    and put every layer the lemon cream as well
6. at last pull a lot cocoa powder and it's done!!!!
食譜:
海綿蛋糕從中間分成三片, 牛奶x1杯, 糖x1/2杯, 蛋x6顆, 麵粉x50克, 香草粉x1匙
檸檬皮刨絲x1顆(只要黃色或綠色外皮喔!!削到裡面白色部份就苦了~)
任何帶有甜味的酒類(因為義大利人喜歡吃溼溼有酒味的蛋糕), 可可粉x1杯
1. 混合蛋和糖但不用打發
2. 將牛奶煮熱卻不用煮開(以免結塊變成乳酪)
3. 關火慢慢的加入蛋液(小心控制不要變成蛋花)
4. 再開火加入麵粉和檸檬皮快速攪拌一等食材變成膏狀立刻關火
5. 將每一層蛋糕刷上甜酒並灑上可可粉再抹上以上的檸檬甜料
6. 最後一層灑上厚厚的可可粉便完成了!!!!
