Ivano's granny's meat balls老奶奶的義式家鄉肉丸子 
The meatball recipe of Ivano's mom was taught from the granny.
Now matter how many of them I take, I can still feel hungry for it.
It's crispy outside but very very juicy inside.
Now Ivano's mom told me generously to tell everyone.  Try it!
伊媽媽的家鄉肉丸子是由伊奶奶傳授給她的.
我無論吃多少顆都不會覺得膩.
因為它外皮酥脆,咬下去肉汁會在嘴裡慢慢化開來.

Recipe:
shred meat x 500g(beef or pork), bread of last night(as big as french bachette)x1/2 loaf,
milkx1cup, parselyx3tbsp, eggx3, parmesanx1cup,
chopped garlicx3, salt, pepper
1. the bread has to be the old one so it contains less water,
    put the bread inside of the milk
2. when the bread fully takes the milk, bread it with the hands,
    mix the bread inside of all the ingredients.
3. water the hands (so it's easier to make the meatballs), make the ingredients as
    little balls
4. deep fry the meatballs first with medium fire, then the big fire to make them crispy.
Note: there's no need to take any sauce, but if you like,
          of course you can squeeze some fresh lemon juice on them. 
食譜:
絞肉x500克(牛或豬都可),隔夜麵包(法國麵包那麼大)X半條,
牛奶x1大杯, 荷蘭芹x3大匙,蛋x3顆,帕梅善乾酪粉x1大杯,
大蒜搗碎x3顆, 鹽, 胡椒
1. 麵包一定要隔夜的水份才會比較少, 將麵包浸泡在牛奶裡
2. 等麵包充分吸滿牛奶, 用手撕碎和在所有材料裡
3. 將手用水沾濕(如此比較不黏手)將材料捏成ㄧ小球ㄧ小球
4. 先用中火將肉丸子炸熟再轉大火將外皮炸酥脆
Note:不需任何沾醬, 但是可以擠一點新鮮的檸檬汁搭配更為爽口
