I've never tasted such good fries, I was melted for it.
從來沒吃過這麼香脆撲鼻的的薯條, 吃一口我整個人就融化了, 快速使薯條香脆的手法快來試試喔!
It's the recipe that one day Ivano's mom thought about
to dress besides the meat. I totally didn't care about
the meat but finished only the fries.
DELICIOUS!
Recipe:
potato x as much as you want, salt,
black pepper, oregan (pizza spice)
1. peel the potatos and cut them into the dices
    boil the little pieces in the water
2. dry the potatos and fry them in the oil,
    until them get into golden color
3. pour the salt, pepper, and oregan
It's extremly easy, and extremly good.
Oregan must be added, so that's the italian fries.
太厲害了, 是伊媽媽有天突然想起來要料理跟肉類一起上桌.
我把肉撇在一邊, 吃完整盤薯條. 太~~~~~~美味了.
食譜:
馬鈴薯x 隨便你要多少, 鹽, 胡椒, 奧利崗草(披薩香料)
1. 把馬鈴薯去皮切成塊狀, 丟到滾水裡煮到柔軟
2. 瀝乾水分小心不要破壞形狀.
3. 丟到高溫油中炸到金黃, 灑上鹽, 胡椒, 奧利崗便完成.
簡單的要命, 而且不知道比外面的薯條好吃多少倍.
一定要有奧利崗喔, 這樣才可增添義式風味.
